The photograph from yesterday and this one was shot at Ocean Beach last week. I can’t recall his name but he was hanging (literally) out with a “glider” and they would take off and “fly” for brief periods of time and let the wind from their sails take them. They also brought along gear that looked like go carts and they use the wind power from their sails to ride. Very cool.
