I did ask the people that I took portraits of the Memorial Day event at the Presidio if I could take their photograph. This gentleman was surprised that I wanted to take his portrait as he didn’t think he was worthy. I think otherwise. I’ve seen him over the years at this event and I’ll probably see him again next year.

On a side note, it seems that my Hasselblad scans are a bit soft. I don’t know if it’s my scanner or my difficulty in focusing.
